Adaferin (Adapalene) 0.1% gel is an effective, FDA-approved retinoid used in the treatment of acne. By renewing the skin cells, adapalene prevents the formation of small pimples, blackheads and whiteheads on the skin. It is safe to use over-the-counter (without prescription) in people of 12 years and above. It is less irritating than most tretinoin formulations.

How to use Adapalene: Apply once daily on dry skin after cleansing. Finish with a soothing moisturizer to prevent dryness or irritation.
